Power Fitness Challenge TnC

• The offer starts from 27th Jan, 2020 and shall be valid through 8th March 2020

• Offer is valid only on purchase of Power footwear :

        (a) billed value of INR 1999 and above in FSC stores

        (b) billed value of INR 1499 and above in Family stores

• The eligibility to enter the weight loss challenge – Customer name, picture, mobile number and original invoice

• One Customer can take weight loss challenge once only during offer period.

• Enrollment and validation of weight will happen at the store only.

• Customers have to lose 3Kgs within 30 days of purchase.

• On successful completion of the challenge, the customers will receive a GV worth 50% of the billed value of the Power footwear purchased

• However they will get another 15 days after the 30 day period to come and claim the 50% GV at the store.

• Example: If a person buys footwear on 1st feb, he/she is eligible for the offer upto 16th march (total 45 days)

• Customer can come back for a weight check after 7 days upto 45 days from date of entering the weight challenge

• This GV will be redeemable on the next purchase which should be of the value of GV or more.

• Customers should take their doctors advice before starting their weight loss journey.

• Bata will not be responsible for any adverse effects of walking or weight-loss that the customer may experience due to medical or any other related issued caused by such weigh loss.

• Submission of original invoice or e-invoice is implicit at the time of redemption

• Offer is valid in select Bata / Power stores.

• The GV can be redeemed at any Bata owned store, and not Franchisee stores

• GV is valid for a maximum period of 2 months from date of issue.

• The GV given under this Programme cannot be clubbed with any other scheme or offer of the Company.

• The GV cannot be redeemed in cash.

• The offer is for a limited period and the company (Bata India Ltd.) has the unconditional right to withdraw or modify the offer anytime at its sole discretion.

• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi Court. The disputes shall be resolved by sole Arbitrator to be appointed by Bata. The venue and Seat of the Sole Arbitrator shall be Delhi only. The proceedings shall be conducted under Arbitration and conciliation Act-1996.
